Ingredients   

  • 1 medium – banana
  • 1 cup – mango, frozen,   unsweetened
  • 1 cup – spinach
  • 1 cup – peaches, frozen
  • 1 cup – pineapple, frozen
  • 3 cup – orange juice

 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.

Note: You can change up the fruit used to make it different  each time.

You can use any type of juice.

You can use soy milk, almond milk, rice milk, etc in place of the juice.

You can add ice, especially if all of the fruit used is not frozen.
