- 1 head green cabbage, dark loose leaves removed
- 1 teaspoon Coarse sea salt or Kosher salt (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil, avocado oil, or sesame oil
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Slice the cabbage into 1/2 inch thick steaks
- Brush with oil on both sides and place onto cookie sheet.
- Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
- Roast for 18-20 minutes or until caramelized.
