- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar or agave
- 1 tablespoons dried dill leaves
- 1/2-1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 diced red onion or 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion (scallions)
- 6 cups sliced cucumbers
- Whisk vinegar, sugar/agave, dill leaves, pepper and salt in a bowl.
- Add cucumbers and onions and toss to coat with the dressing.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes, before serving.
