Sautéed Radish Recipe - Holistic Wellness and Health

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 20 radishes, ends trimmed and radishes cut in half (¼  -½ inch circles)
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over low heat.
  2. Arrange radishes, cut side-down, in the oiled skillet. 
  3. Season with salt and black pepper. 
  4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until radishes are browned and softened, about 10 minutes.
