2 medium sweet potatoes (or 3 small sweet potatoes)
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Put ½ tablespoon of grapeseed oil on a baking sheet.
Peel and slice sweet potatoes into large fries. Soak the sweet potatoes for 20 minutes to release some of the starch. Drain and rinse the sweet potatoes.
In a medium bowl, add the seasonings and mix together.
Add the damp sweet potatoes to the seasonings and spread onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes.
