Vegan Caesar Dressing - Holistic Wellness and Health

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons capers, drained (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons seaweed
  • ½ cup water
  • 1-2 teaspoon sea salt if not using capers
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all dressing ingredients in high-powered blender or food processor and process until very smooth, taking the time to scrape down the sides of your container as needed.
  2. Add up to 4 tablespoons additional water to achieve your desired consistence.
  3. Enjoy!
