For too long, leaders of Black-led non-profits, grassroots organizations, and community movements across Baltimore have been asked to operate under an impossible premise: sacrificing their health, rest, and peace to keep community doors open.
We’ve seen the toll this takes firsthand. Executive directors drowning in manual administrative tasks, chasing unpredictable grant funding, and running on adrenaline—all while holding space for the urgent needs of our neighborhoods.
We believe deeply that liberation cannot be built on executive exhaustion. Real, lasting community impact requires healthy leaders and resilient systems.
That is why we are thrilled and deeply honored to announce that Holistic Wellness and Health has been selected as an inaugural recipient of the Kindred Abundance Ecosystem Grant!

By creating the Kindred Abundance Ecosystem Grant, Cllctivly isn’t just funding programs—they are investing in the long-term health, sustainability, and sovereignty of the human beings behind the mission.
Power in Collaboration: Holistic Wellness and Health, Collective Ase, and Impact Hub Baltimore
Sustainable change doesn’t happen in isolation. Through this grant, we are launching an integrated, collaborative initiative alongside two incredible anchors in our city:
- Impact Hub Baltimore: Providing physical space, network infrastructure and marketing.
- Collective Ase: Grounding our work in deep cultural anchoring, wellness and business coaching, and collective economics.
- Holistic Wellness and Health: Holistic business and wellness coaching and mentorship. Bringing stress mitigation and functional wellness practices directly to leaders. Helping leaders keep up with technology.
Together, our shared mission is simple yet radical: to deliver a holistic, 360-degree ecosystem of executive business support and somatic wellness tailored specifically for Black-led organizations in Baltimore.
What “Kindred Abundance” Means for Local Leaders
To us, “Kindred Abundance” represents a fundamental paradigm shift. It means moving away from survival-mode overwork and stepping into sustainable power.
When an executive director has access to custom AI workflows that save 10+ hours of admin work every week, paired with 60-second somatic resets that keep their nervous system regulated under pressure, everything changes. They gain the mental clarity and physical stamina needed to focus on high-level strategy, community wealth creation, and true rest.
Operational excellence and executive wellness are not opposing forces—they are twin pillars of movement longevity.
