- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 3/4 -1 cup full-fat coconut milk (low-fat coconut milk or another plant-based milk will work, but full fat makes the nuce cream creamier)
- Using a food processor or high powered blender, blend until smooth. It should resemble a thick milkshake or soft serve ice cream.
- Freeze for at least two hours or until frozen.
- Scoop with spoon or ice cream scooper.
