Ingredients
- 4 cup vanilla Soy milk
- 1 cup, pumpkin puree
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cups of ice as needed
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more liquid – milk or water. Blend again until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the smoothie into a tall glass.
- Serve and enjoy!
