Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe - Holistic Wellness and Health

Ingredients

  • 4 cup vanilla Soy milk
  • 1 cup, pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg 
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 cups of ice as needed

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more liquid – milk or water. Blend again until everything is well combined.
  3. Transfer the smoothie into a tall glass.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
